A typical Sunday morning at Oakwood

If you are wondering what you might find at Oakwood if you visited us on a Sunday morning, here is a brief look at what we offer...

	We have friendly faces who will greet you at the door, and welcome you to Oakwood. Bulletins can be found on a table near the door.
	Our morning worship service begins at 9:30 am. We have a blend of music, using both traditional hymns and contemporary praise songs. We include an organ, piano, guitars, and drums. The Word of God is presented in a sermon in every service. We sometimes include litanies, dramas, liturgical dance, or other elements to enhance the message.
	Nursery is available for children ages birth through 4 years.
	Children 3 years through 1st grade are dismissed part way through the service for their own "Children's Worship" time.
	After the service, coffee and lemonade are provided for a time of fellowship.
	Sunday School for all ages is available from 11:00am--noon during the school year (September through April).
